Attention Water Customers

Please be advised that the Town Of Scio Water Department will be flushing hydrants between 09/22/2025 and 10/31/2025, between 6:00am & 3:00 pm, while the new water reservoir is being put into service. This can cause disruption in water pressure and discoloration. This is normal and should settle within a few hours after flushing. If you have discolored water please flush your water taps for at least 10 minutes. If any aforementioned issue continues to persist, please call your water superintendent, Nate Jenison IMMEDIATELY at 585-648-2192. Thank you

Scio has 2 openings on the Board of Assessment Review. Those interested can contact any Scio board member or call 585 593-5777. There is a Board of Assessment Review training scheduled on April 24, 2023 from 6-8 PM in the Legislative Chambers in Belmont at the Courthouse located at 7 Court Street.
