***ATTENTION VILLAGE OF CUBA WATER CUSTOMERS***
On Monday October 13th, the Village of Cuba, NY will be replacing three valves and then hydrant flushing will begin. 💧🔩
During the valve change outs- residents on West Main St., Cherry St., Mill St., Orchard St., and Elm St. will experience times of no water, low pressure and roiled water. This is scheduled while some businesses including the schools on Elm St. are closed for the holiday to avoid disruption during the school day.
Following the successful completion of the valve changes, bi-annual hydrant flushing will begin during the day and continue daily until the hydrants run clear. Please be sure to plan ahead and run your cold water in the kitchen sink to clear the roiled water.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.
