Do you know your flood risk? If you live or work in Allegany County, you are invited to join FEMA’s upcoming Open House meeting on flood risk and insurance. Here, you can learn more about your flood risk and the recently revised flood maps. FEMA representatives will be there to answer questions about flood risk, flood insurance and ways to prepare for and protect against flooding. All are welcome to join.
The Open House will be from 3:30 to 7 p.m. ET on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at the Cuba Elementary School, Gymnasium, 15 Elm Street, Cuba, NY 14727. Join the in-person Open House for any amount of time.

Reminder- Shut offs for water- sewer invoice non payment/ no written payment arrangement are scheduled to begin Monday June 8th. 2nd notices were mailed 5/19/26- so please make your payment or stop in to make a written payment arrangement to avoid termination of services and a $100 reconnect fee before 6-5-26 at 11:15 a.m. Checks will not be accepted to keep services on after 11:15 a.m. Friday June 5. 🌞

***Summer Recreation is Almost Here!***
Summer recreation is just around the corner and is a free program open to all children from Kindergarten through the age of 18!
What: crafts, games, cards, sports, fun, friends, memories!
Where: Chamberlain Park
When: June 29, 2026- August 7, 2026 9am to noon and 1pm to 3pm, rain or shine! (no program with thunder and lightening)
How to sign up: Visit : www.cubany.gov to access release forms or sign up Monday June 29th at 9:00 a.m. at Chamberlain Park. Return releases to the Rec Director Monday June 29th.
REC IS NOT A BABYSITTING SERVICE.
Recreation Staff cannot keep children at the park nor keep track of where your child goes.
