A Local Law to amend Article IV of Chapter 195 of the Cuba Village Code to require lockout mechanisms accessible to the Village for water meters in multi-family residential properties.-
The purpose of this Local Law is to ensure proper management of municipal water services within multi-family residential properties by requiring the installation of accessible water line lockout mechanisms. These requirements are intended to protect municipal utility operations, promote payment compliance, and prevent the theft of services.

The Village of Cuba, NY will be closed Thursday, 1/1/26 for the New Year Holiday! The Village will re-open Friday 1/2/26. In case of water/sewer emergency call 585-268-9600- Alt.911 County Dispatch #- they will direct the call.
If you have a payment, please use the drop slot on the non-entrance door to the right of the building
and we will credit your account when we return to the office.

The Village of Cuba, NY Clerk's Office will be closed Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 12/24/25- 12/26/25. The Clerk's Office will re-open Monday 12/29/25 normal business hours. The DPW will be closed Thursday 12/25/25 and will resume normal hours Friday 12/26/25. In case of water/sewer emergency call 585-268-9600- Alt.911 County Dispatch #- they will direct the call.

THE VILLAGE OF CUBA WILL BE CLOSED THURSDAY NOVEMBER 27 AND FRIDAY NOVEMBER 28, 2025, TO CELEBRATE THANKSGIVING! WE WILL RE-OPEN 12/1/25. WATER/ SEWER PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE BY USING THE DROPSLOT LOCATED AT THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING ON THE NON- ENTRANCE DOOR TO THE RIGHT.

**REMINDER** 🙂 Please call the office at 585-968-1560 to make payment arrangements or pay your quarterly water and sewer invoice that is nearing 60 days past due. Friday 12/5/25 is the last day to pay before shut off day on Monday 12/8/25 😞 You can pay online at www.cubany.gov under the Village tab- Clerk Treasurer's Office, water sewer payments online, or use the drop slot located by the ADA ramp and the non entrance door with cash or money order. Checks will not be accepted to keep services on after Friday 12/8/25 at 11:15 a.m. Next quarter all payment arrangements will need to be in writing in the Village Hall. Thank you. 💧💩
