THE VILLAGE HALL is back open at 17 EAST MAIN ST. It's been awesome seeing everyone again!
Shut off notices for unpaid water/ sewer invoices will be mailed soon from the Village of Cuba, NY. If you have a past due balance- PLEASE CALL TO MAKE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS or pay your bill in full prior to September 2nd at 4:30 p.m.
Please note, The Village of Cuba, NY water/ sewer online pay site is on the new website address www.cubany.gov - under the Village tab- I Want To- Departments>Village Clerk Treasurer> then scroll down to the SERVICES- Online water and Sewer payments.
The drop slot is now located to the right of the Village Hall on the non- entrance door. (pictured ex.) The village accepts payments via mail, drop slot, in person cash, check or money or online. (We honor postmarks up to last day to pay- DPW will be out to shut off the following morning after the last day to pay.)
The new ADA compliant ramp will soon be installed in front of the Village Hall, thank you for your patience while renovations are wrapped up. (Please call us during normal office hours if you need one of us to meet you outside to get your payment and we can issue you a receipt until renovation is complete)

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Village of Cuba Board of Trustees will hold a
public hearing on the 18th day of August 2025, at the Cuba Library 39 East Main St. Meeting Room in the basement at 6:00 P.M. for the purpose of discussing the water and sewer rates for the Village of Cuba water sewer services.
