Attached please find an updated version of Proposed Law #1-2026 creating regulations for Battery Energy Storage Systems. The Public will be given a chance to address the Board concerning proposed Local Law 1-2026 on August 24, 2026 at at Public Hearing of the Angelica Town Board to be held at 55 Park Circle, Grange Building meeting room. Everyone will have a chance to address the Board at this time. The Law is also available at the Town Clerk's office for examination during open hours.

If you would like to reserve the Grange or would like to use tables/chairs, please contact Pamela Cockle, Town Clerk or Girard Kelly, Supervisor by calling 585-466-3280 and leaving a message or emailing angelicatownclerk@outlook.com or angelicatownsupervisor@gmail.com. Facilities and equipment can not be used without approval and properly signing items out.
