NOTICE TO REMOVE ITEMS BY 11/1/2026 - UNTIL THE DAY DAWN CEMETERY

Until the Day Dawn Cemetery Rules/Regulations:
"All living, artificial flowers, plants or perishable decorations must be removed from all graves and monuments by November 1st of each year. The Town employees will do so and discard items if living family members of the deceased do not do so by the November 1st date. New living or artificial flowers may not be placed in permanent urns or temporarily affixed to the monuments any earlier than April 1st or Easter of each year, whichever comes first."

PRELIMINARY 2027 BUDGET FILED WITH THE TOWN CLERK & PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The 2027 Preliminary Budget has been filed in the Office of Town Clerk on September 24, 2026. A Public hearing will be held on October 12 at 6:15 PM in the meeting room of the Grange located at 59 Park Circle, Angelica NY. The preliminary budget is available for review at the Office of Town Clerk during open hours on Tues/Thurs. from 9 am - 1 pm.

USE OF TOWN FACILITIES/GRANGE RENTAL

Application for the use of Town Facilities can be found on the Forms & Permits page. If you would like to reserve the Grange or would like to use tables/chairs, please contact Pamela Cockle, Town Clerk or Girard Kelly, Supervisor by calling 585-466-3280 and leaving a message or emailing angelicatownclerk@outlook.com or angelicatownsupervisor@gmail.com. Facilities and equipment can not be used without approval and properly signing items out.

You can now download an ATV Permit application and mail it in or drop it off in the drop box, or come in to the Town Clerk's office. Applications can be found under Forms & Permits.
