PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Dunkirk on October 15, 2024 at 5:15pm at the Dunkirk Town Hall, 4737 Willow Rd., Dunkirk, NY, regarding the adoption of a local law of the Town of Dunkirk for the year 2024.
All interested parties shall be heard, and may submit written comments to the Town Board in advance of the Public Hearing.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Dunkirk on October 15, 2024 at 5:00pm at the Dunkirk Town Hall, 4737 Willow Rd., Dunkirk, NY to review the application of John Dach/Solar Liberty Energy Systems, Inc. for a proposed Solar Photovoltaic Generation Facility with a name plate capacity of 3.75 MW for approximately 14,580 ground mounted solar panels, to be located on premises at 3751 Williams Street East, Town of Dunkirk, said properties also designated as SBL 97.01-1-16, 97.01-1-20, 97.01-1-15.2 on the Chautauqua County Tax Map. The premises are located in an R2 Zoning District.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Town Board will consider all matters related to the State Environmental Quality Review Act at the Hearing. All interested parties shall be heard, and may submit written comments to the Town Board in advance of the Public Hearing.
