The Town of Dunkirk is extending an invitation to all community members to participate in upcoming Town Hall meetings aimed at shaping the future of our town. These gatherings will provide a platform for open, constructive dialogue, focusing on upcoming projects and initiatives that will enhance the quality of life in Dunkirk.
The meetings will also serve as an opportunity for residents to offer their input and ideas for The town’s future direction. Town Supervisor Priscilla Penfold emphasizes the importance of community collaboration, where every perspective is valued in building a prosperous future for Dunkirk.

I will receive taxes at the Town Clerk’s Office 4737 Willow Rd from January 9,2025-April 1,2025
between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. each weekday except legal holidays.
Payments can be dropped off in the drop box which is located in the front of right off the building or mailed directly to
4737 Willow Road, Dunkirk, NY 14048. PAYMENT WILL BE RETURNED IF CHECK IS NOT WRITTEN OUT FOR THE EXACT AMOUNT DUE.
The pentalties are as follows:
Thru February 7, 2025 – penalty free
February 8 thru February 28,2025 – 1% on original bill
March 1 thru April 1, 2025 – 2% on original bill
(After March 1,2025 add $2.00 notice fee)
After April1,2025 taxes must be paid to Chautauqua County Tax Department. Info is on back of your tax bill.
