“NOTICE OF ADJOURNED PUBLIC HEARING TOWN BOARD, TOWN OF DUNKIRK
SOLAR GENERATION PLANT APPLICATION UNDER SOLAR FACILITIES LAW OF THE TOWN OF DUNKIRK DACH/SOLAR LIBERTY
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that an adjourned public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Dunkirk on December 17, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. at the Dunkirk Town Hall, 4737 Willow Road, Dunkirk, New York, to review the application of John Dach/Solar Liberty Energy Systems, Inc. for a proposed Solar Photovoltaic Generation Facility to be located on premises at 3751 Williams Street East, Town of Dunkirk, said properties also designated as SBL 97.01-1-16, 97.01-1-20, 97.01-1-15.2 on the Chautauqua County Tax Map. All interested parties shall be heard, and may submit written comments to the Town Board in advance of the Public Hearing.”

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT; the Town of Dunkirk Planning Board will meet on Wednesday November 20 at 4:30 p.m. at the Town Hall, 4737 Willow Road, Town of Dunkirk. The purpose of the meeting is to review site plans submitted by Roger Urbanik at 4574 W. Lake Rd. Dunkirk located on Sec. Lot and Block 95.02-1-2 of the Chautauqua County Tax Map. This meeting is subject to Article XII – Site Plan Review of the Town of Dunkirk Zoning Law. All persons interested shall be heard at said meeting.

“NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Dunkirk will be held, November 12, 2024 at 4:45pm at the Dunkirk Town Hall, 4737 Willow Rd to consider the following applications:
In the matter of the application of Kevin Muldowney for the property located at 3817 Lakeshore Dr. East for an Area Variance. This is in violation of
Section 121 Article 4 Zoning District Sign Restrictions in M Zone
Article b i. The overall height of freestanding signs, inclusive of any base or base structure, shall not exceed eight (8) feet above the ground.
Article c. A maximum of two (2) signs on each lot identifying the name of the company and product or services rendered shall be allowed. These signs shall not exceed a surface area of one hundred (100) square feet in each sign and shall be located only on the face of the building or free-standing, within fifteen (15) feet of the ground level at the location of the sign.

In the matter of the application of Roy Dickey for the property located at 4998 Morewood Dr. for an Area Variance. This is in violation of
Section 16 – Lot, Area & Yard Requirements – Subsection Lake Front Properties
Side Setbacks must be 25 ft from side property lines.
Rear Setbacks must be 50 ft from rear property line.
Section 173 – Storage – Subsection F
Storage (cargo) containers are not permitted.

Dunkirk Town Hall will be closed on Monday, November 11th, 2024 in observance of Veterans Day. Regular hours will resume Tuesday, November 12th, 2024.”
