NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A PROPOSED LOCAL LAW OF THE
TOWN OF FARMERSVILLE
LEGAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Section 20 of the Municipal Home Rule Law of
the State of New York, the Farmersville Town Board will hold a public hearing at the
Farmersville Town Hall, 8963 Lake Avenue, Town of Farmersville, on the 8 th day of May, 2024 at
7:00 PM, to hear all interested parties and citizens regarding the adoption of proposed Local
Law No. 1 of 2024, titled “Town of Farmersville FOIL Procedures Law.” Said hearing may be
adjourned from time to time as necessary. Further information, including access to a copy of
said proposed Local Law, may be obtained at the Farmersville Town Clerk’s Office, 8963 Lake Ave, Town of Farmersville, New York.

The Farmersville Town Board will hold a public hearing and special meeting on August 30th for the Proposed Solar Law at 6pm and all parties for and against will be heard at this time, following this a public comment session will be held to hear the public views on a noise ordinance for the Town of Farmersville and after that any other business brought to the board, by order of the town board.
