The Town of Allegany Zoning Board of Appeals will be holding a public hearing on September 15, 2025, at 5:00 at the Town Hall, 52 West Main Street, regarding the application for an Area Variance. The applicant, Chad Daelhousen, is requesting a 20-foot area variance to place a 16’ x 25’ shed in the same spot as the previous owner had one, on the side of the garage, 20’ from the property line at 1161 Two Mile Road; SBL# 103.001-1-16.
