Starting January 8th 2024 the Clymer Town Clerks Office will be located on the 1st floor of the Clymer Firehall Building, please use the entrance door on Maple Ave. For this move to take place the Clerks Office will be by appointment ONLY starting December 22nd 2023 - January 6th 2024. The Town of Clymer shall accept bids for the following : Excavator boom mount Flail/Shredder Brush Mower.
General specifications: 50” cut width, Hammer knives, piston style pump.
The Town of Clymer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids to waive any inconsistencies or accept the lowest bid deemed most advantageous to the Town. A completed Non-Collusion bidding certificate and Waiver of Immunity form must be included with the bid.
Sealed bids may be dropped off at the Town of Clymer Highway building located at 8026 Rt 474 Clymer or mailed to Town of Clymer PO Box 274 Clymer, NY 14724.
Bids will be opened on January 8th,2024 at 11 am at the Highway Building.
