NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Dunkirk will be held, April 23, 2025 at 4:30pm at the Dunkirk Town Hall, 4737 Willow Rd. to consider the following applications:
In the matter of the application of Nicholas Anson for the property located at 3646 New Rd. for an Area Variance. This is in violation of Article III Section 17
Maximum Floor Area Accessory Building is 1,600 sq ft.
The request to build an Accessory Building at 4,800 sq ft is 3,200 sq ft over the permitted allowance.
