PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Franklinville Village Board of Trustees will hold a Public Hearing on August 14, 2023 at 6:00 PM at the Franklinville Village Hall at 19 Pennsylvania Avenue, Franklinville, NY 14171 regarding a Proposed Local Law prohibiting unreasonable noise and providing for the enforcement thereof. A copy of the aforesaid proposed Local Law can be viewed by the Public at the Franklinville Village Clerkâs Office located at 19 Pennsylvania Avenue, Franklinville, NY 14737 during regular business hours of the Franklinville Village Clerk.

New York state law requires that dogs older than 4 months of age be licensed. If your dog or dogs are not currently licensed, see the Town Clerk to obtain licensing. If you no longer have a licensed dog, please notify the Town Clerk to ensure you are not notified to license in the future. By local law, ALL DOGS must be leashed in the Village and Town of Franklinville.
