* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat
related illnesses to occur.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors. Young children and
pets should never be left unattended in vehicles under any
circumstances. This is especially true during hot weather when car
interiors can reach lethal temperatures in a matter of minutes.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Town Board of the Town of Cuba at the Cuba Town Hall, 15 Water Street, Cuba, New York, at 6:30 P.M. on Tuesday, July 9, 2024. The purpose of this meeting is to abolish one office of elected Town Justice to be effective immediately, subject to the Permissive Referendum requirement of Town Law ยง60-a.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a regular meeting held on the 11th day of June, 2024, the Town Board of the Town of Cuba, duly adopted a resolution, an abstract of which follows, which resolution is subject to a permissive referendum pursuant to Article 7 of the Town Law of the State of New York.
This Resolution eliminates one office of elective Town Justice of the Town of Cuba, Allegany County, New York, which office is currently vacant, which reduction will be effective August 1, 2024, unless eligible voters of the Town file a Petition requesting a referendum on such issue within 30 days of the adoption of this Resolution.

If you have an annual Village Tax bill and have not received it, or your escrow company has not received it by 6/7/24 please call 585-968-1560 or visit the website at www.cubany.org . You may make payments following the link on the landing page, send by mail, or pay in person in the Temporary location at 15 Water St. during regular business hours. A copy of the 2024 tax roll roll can also be found on the Village tab.
