Please take notice that the Town Board of the Town of Cuba will be holding a special meeting on Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at 1:00pm at the Cuba Town Hall located at 15 Water Street. The purpose of this meeting is to pay the final bills for the year 2025 and any other business.

TOWN-Preliminary Budget

The preliminary budget for the Town of Cuba NY for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2026 has been completed and filed in the office of the Town Clerk at 15 Water St., Cuba, NY where it will be available for inspection during regular business hours. Tues. and Thurs. 8am-12pm and Wed. 3pm-6pm, beginning October 2, 2025. It can also be viewed at cubany.gov.
TOWN-Public Hearing Budget

NOTICE is hereby given that the Town Board of Cuba will conduct a public hearing to review the preliminary budget on Tuesday, October 14th at 6:30pm, at the Cuba Town Hall, 15 Water Street, and that at said hearing, any person may be heard in favor of or against the preliminary budget as complied therein pursuant to section 133 of the law.
The proposed salaries of the Town offices are as follows:
Supervisor $8,000.00
Clerk/Collector $18,275.00
Council 4@ $1,000.00
Justice $10,000
Hwy. Supt. $66,500.00
