NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Planning Board of the Town of Cuba at the Cuba Town Hall, 15 Water Street, Cuba, New York, at 5:00 P.M. on Tuesday, May 27, 2025. The purpose of this hearing is to hear public comments regarding Emery Storage on State Route 305.

The next Town of Cuba Planning Board meeting will be held Tuesday, February 25th at 5 PM at the Cuba Town Hall, 15 Water Street.
Subsequent meetings will be held on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 5 PM at the Cuba Town Hall, 15 Water Street.
Pursuant to article 41 section 1660 paragraph 17 OF THE NEW YORK STATE vehicle and traffic law, all highways in the TOWN OF CUBA are closed to trucks, commercial vehicles, tractors, tractor-trailer combinations, tractor-semi trailer combinations, or tractor-trailer-semitrailer combinations in excess of eight (8) tons. Such closings will be in effect when notices are posted at the terminus of each highway.
